The Galaxy S26 Ultra features a 6.9-inch QHD+ AMOLED display with a 1-120Hz refresh rate, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy. It comes with 12GB or 16GB of RAM and storage options up to 1TB. The camera system includes a 200MP main sensor, a 50MP ultrawide, a 50MP 5x telephoto, a 10MP 3x telephoto, and a 12MP front camera.
