Samsung Working on Fix for Home Up Good Lock Backup Bug

Samsung is fixing a Home Up backup bug that affects users with custom folder label colors. A future update will address it.

Home Up is one of Samsung's Good Lock modules, offering deeper home screen customization and the ability to back up settings for later restoration. The backup feature appears to malfunction when custom folder label colors are selected. A Samsung Community moderator shared the information after a user reported that Home Up kept deleting their backup file and telling them it was "broken."

Until the update arrives, affected users can revert folder label colors to their default settings and then create backups. For now, that workaround allows users to create backups while Samsung prepares the software fix. Samsung's One UI already includes extensive customization options, and Good Lock modules are designed to add even more.
