According to the report, Sunbird, an app that previously attempted to bring iMessage to Android in 2022 before being removed over security concerns, has returned. It now offers a 14-day free trial and then requires a subscription starting at $2.99 per month. The app provides access to iMessage features such as reactions, video, chat group management, and the iconic blue bubbles, making it a potential solution for Android users in predominantly iOS social circles.

Notability, a digital notebook app long available on Apple devices, has officially launched on Android after a beta period. The app allows users to take handwritten or typed notes and includes a flashcard creator and quiz tool aimed at students, as well as transcription features for office meetings. It requires an account and offers a subscription for full features at $4.99 per month, with a free tier available.

HiLight Studio is a free third-party app that expands the functionality of the Pixel 11 Pro's HiLight feature, a rear camera notification LED that has seen limited use by default. The app can pull colors from the wallpaper, apply effects, adjust lighting duration, and create presets.
