Sonos Beam Gen 2 drops to $359 as Roborock cuts up to $1,600 for Fall Prime Day

Sonos' Beam Gen 2 soundbar is $359 during October Prime Day, and Roborock is discounting its 2026 robot vacuums and wet-dry vacuums by up to $1,600 on October 6-7.

The Verge reported that the Sonos Beam Gen 2 is on sale for $359 at Amazon, Best Buy and Sonos during October Prime Day, down from its usual $499 price. That is $140 off and $10 lower than the previous Prime Day price. The soundbar's main appeal is native connectivity with other Sonos products, though it also serves as an upgrade over a TV's built-in speakers.

The Beam Gen 2 adds Dolby Atmos support, but it does not have upward-firing drivers. The Verge noted that the $699 Beam Ultra has those drivers, while the Beam Gen 2 virtualizes the Atmos effect. It also supports eARC for shared power and volume controls with a television, reducing the need for multiple remotes. The Beam is less powerful than the Sonos Arc and cannot match the flagship soundbar's Dolby Atmos immersion, but it offers room-filling surround sound for less money.

9to5Mac reported that Roborock's Fall Prime Day sale runs October 6-7 and includes limited-time discounts on its 2026 flagship robot vacuums and other products. The Qrevo Edge 3 Pro, positioned as an all-around convenience model, has 36,000 Pa HyperForce suction, a DuoDivide anti-tangle system, and AdaptiLift Chassis 3.0, which can climb single-layer thresholds up to 1.77 inches and double-layer thresholds up to 3.46 inches. It can fit under clearances as low as 3.13 inches, recognizes more than 300 objects, cleans nearly 350 square meters on a single charge, and comes with a multifunctional dock that washes mops with hot water and handles routine maintenance.

The Saros 20 adds more advanced intelligence to the same core cleaning hardware. It includes AdaptiLift Chassis 3.0, the 36,000 Pa HyperForce suction motor and a dual anti-tangle system, along with StarSight Autonomous System 2.0, Smart Reach and Smart Plan 3.0. Those features are designed for precise navigation, edge-to-edge cleaning and AI-powered control. Its ultra-slim design reaches under 3.13-inch clearings, and it has a fully automated dock for hands-free self-cleaning.

For tighter budgets, the Qrevo 2 Pro offers FlexiArm Edge Mopping and Corner Reach, Smart Carpet Care, 20,000 Pa suction and a dual zero-tangle system. Its self-cleaning dock automatically empties dust, refills water and provides hot water mop washing and warm air drying. Reactive Tech Navigation and SmartPlan 3.0 help it avoid 3D obstacles and reduce interruptions.

Roborock also discounted its F25 line of hand-operated wet-dry vacuums. The F25 Steam is built for deep steam cleaning in homes with pets or young children. It uses 356°F VaporFlow steam, 25,000 Pa suction and JawScrapers anti-tangle handling for wet or dry messes, pet hair and other debris. Its 180° FlatReach 2.0 feature includes blue light illumination to reach difficult spots, and the battery provides up to 80 minutes of runtime. The 1,000ml clean water tank supports coverage of more than 7,000 square feet on a single charge, while thermal self-cleaning and 203°F hot air drying reduce maintenance.

The F25 XT is the more compact option for everyday spills and accidents. It has SlideTech 2.0 wheels for smoother movement, 20,000 Pa suction and a FlatLay design for cleaning under low furniture. A dual scraper system is intended to leave no streaks, and triple edge cleaning plus adaptive handling make it easier to maneuver around tight spaces. It also has high-temperature self-cleaning.

Editor's Summary The October Prime Day promotions place the Sonos Beam Gen 2 at $359, a $140 discount, and offer Roborock discounts of up to $1,600 across its 2026 robot vacuum and wet-dry vacuum lineup from October 6-7. The deals highlight two categories of connected home hardware: Sonos' ecosystem-based TV audio and Roborock's automated cleaning products. Both promotions are limited-time offers tied to Prime Day.
