Sony unveils Vice City-inspired GTA 6 DualSense controllers; pre-orders open Sept. 10
Sony revealed limited-edition GTA 6 DualSense controllers in black and white. Pre-orders begin Sept. 10, and they launch alongside the game Nov. 19.
The black and white controllers feature a shimmering, color-shifting finish designed to evoke Vice City sunsets and neon lights, official Grand Theft Auto 6 branding on the touchpad, pink-glowing buttons and palm tree details molded into the handles. Sony said the white edition represents Vice City at daybreak, with white sands and pastel skies, while the black edition captures the energy of the city's nightlife.
According to TechRadar, each controller is priced at $84.99 in the U.S. and £74.99 in the U.K., with sales through PlayStation Direct in limited quantities. Engadget reported that pre-orders open Sept. 10 at 10 a.m. ET and that the accessories cost about $85.
Ahead of the launch, Rockstar Games released Grand Theft Auto 6: An Extended Look, showing the game running on a base PlayStation 5. A report cited by TechRadar said the game will run at 30fps on consoles.
