Stacey Dooley’s Down the K Hole Released on BBC iPlayer After BBC Three Broadcast

Stacey Dooley’s Down the K Hole, a 59-minute film from a Stockport rehab centre, is now free on BBC iPlayer in the UK.

TechRadar reported that the film follows ketamine users at different stages of addiction and examines the drug’s severe effects, including bladder erosion. It also explores why young people are drawn to the substance.

According to TechRadar, the documentary was shown on BBC Three on Tuesday, October 20 at 9pm BST and on BBC One Northern Ireland the same day at 10:40pm BST. It is now streaming on BBC iPlayer.

UK viewers can watch it free on BBC iPlayer with an account registered to a UK postcode and a valid TV licence, TechRadar said.

TechRadar said the programme is not available on television or streaming services in the United States, Canada or Australia. Its guide added that viewers outside the UK can use a VPN to access BBC iPlayer, subject to the broadcaster’s terms and conditions.

TechRadar listed the documentary alongside other Stacey Dooley projects for 2026 and beyond, including Fallen Women, Stacey Dooley Sleeps Over, Death in the Barracks and Stacey Dooley Cleans Up, which it said is due for release in 2027.
