TechRadar names six fitness trackers under $100 as budget alternatives to premium wearables
TechRadar names six fitness trackers under $100, including the Xiaomi Smart Band 10, Google Fitbit Air, and Amazfit Active 2.
The guide features the Xiaomi Smart Band 10, which TechRadar said tops its general ranking of the best cheap fitness trackers, offering various fitness modes and lifestyle features at an affordable price. Also included is the new-for-2026 Google Fitbit Air, a screenless, AI-powered device that TechRadar described as a competitor to Whoop.
The Fitbit Air costs below $100 without an optional premium subscription, according to the report. However, adding the subscription would take it above the $100 threshold, though it functions as a basic wellness tracker without the paid tier. The Amazfit Helio Strap, which also appears on the list, requires no subscription at all.
The Amazfit Active 2, another entry on the list, earned a five-star review from TechRadar last year and is currently priced at $99 on Amazon. The publication said that for a cheap fitness watch, it doesn't get much better.
The article said the list includes six trackers in total. TechRadar also provided suggestions on how to use a cheap fitness tracker to enhance gym workouts.
