TechRadar said the LG Gram Pro 16 weighs under three pounds because of a chassis material called Aerominum. It has enough power to play demanding computer games on scaled-down settings, the review said, and its battery life is just as impressive. The laptop also includes LG-specific apps. TechRadar listed its main drawbacks as the high price, bundled McAfee software, and USB-C ports all placed on the same side.

The 2026 configuration, designated 16Z90U or 16Z95U for AMD-powered versions, was mostly available in the US at the time of writing, though LG sells the line in the US, UK, and Australia. TechRadar's price section listed a starting price of $2,699.99, about £2,010 or AU$3,830, while the review's specifications table listed a base price of $1,399.99 and a review/max configuration at $3,499.99. The discrepancy appears in the article without explanation. In Australia, one configuration had an MSRP of AU$4,199 and was already discounted to AU$2,899; it included an Intel Core Ultra 7 355 CPU, 32GB RAM, Intel Arc graphics, 1TB storage, and a 2560x1600 touchscreen.

The cheapest, before discounts, cost $2,699.99 and had an Intel Core Ultra 7 CPU with integrated graphics, 32GB RAM, 512GB storage, and a 2560x1600 touch screen. The most expensive model dropped the touchscreen but moved to a 2560x1800 display and added an Intel Core Ultra X7 CPU, integrated Intel Arc B390 graphics, 32GB RAM, and 1TB storage. The review unit used Intel Arc B390 graphics, which TechRadar said were surprisingly on par with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4050. A lower version skips the Aerominum material and uses basic integrated graphics. TechRadar compared the LG with the Samsung Galaxy Book6 Ultra, priced at $2,449.99, £2,999, or about AU$6,000 with an Nvidia RTX 5060 and 1TB storage, and with the Dell 2026 XPS 16, which it said was similarly priced and specced and has an OLED screen. The LG received a value score of 4 out of 5.

TechRadar described the Asus ROG Zephyrus Duo (2026) as an unmatched dual-screen gaming laptop. It packs two 3K OLED touchscreens, a detachable keyboard, and an RTX 50-series GPU into a chassis that is relatively compact, despite jutting edges, angles, and materials that do not feel the most premium. The keyboard can be detached to reveal the second screen, and a sturdy stand props up both displays. The unit includes two Thunderbolt 4 USB-C ports, two USB-A ports, an SD card reader, and HDMI output. TechRadar's top-spec review unit had an RTX 5090 GPU and ran Cyberpunk 2077 at 50-60fps on the highest preset and full resolution, with noticeable fan noise and heat confined to the underside. Battery life was poor: it did not last four hours while playing a movie on a continuous loop.

The ROG Zephyrus Duo starts at $4,499.99, £3,999.99, or AU$8,999 and is available now. At that price, TechRadar said buyers get an RTX 5070 Ti GPU, 32GB RAM, and 1TB storage, though exact specifications vary by region. The review noted that the Lenovo Yoga Book 9i also offers a dual-screen setup with a Bluetooth keyboard, plus a mouse and stylus, and costs less, but lacks a dedicated GPU for heavy gaming. For buyers who do not need two screens, TechRadar pointed to the Razer Blade 18 as one of the best all-conquering gaming laptops it has tried, with strong performance, keyboard, display, and form factor, though also a daunting price.
