TechRadar selects 14 Amazon UK weekend deals across Lego, Ninja, Oral-B and Shark

Among the highlighted offers, the Ninja Perfect Temperature Kettle is priced at £59.99, down from £99.99, a repeat of an offer TechRadar flagged during Amazon's earlier sale. The Lego Marvel Advent Calendar is £23.99, down from £29.99, which TechRadar described as a record-low price. The set includes a superhero-themed build or minifigure, characters from comics and films, and small building sets such as an X-Jet-themed sleigh, according to the report.

TechRadar also picked a two-pack of Oral-B iO2 electric toothbrushes at £59.95, down from £160. The publication said the iO range is usually more expensive, but this pair of entry-level brushes offers basic features needed for effective brushing, including a two-minute timer and a visible pressure sensor. A refill holder and travel case are included.

The Shark PowerDetect Speed Cordless Vacuum carries a £200 saving, TechRadar reported. It described the vacuum as one of Shark's latest and most advanced models, with powerful suction, anti-hair-wrap technology, an auto-emptying dock that traps dust and debris, and multi-surface capabilities. TechRadar said battery life disappointed a little but was still good enough for a 4.5-star rating. Another Shark vacuum in the roundup was cited for Anti-Hair Wrap and Flexology technology and 50 minutes of battery life, with TechRadar saying the anti-hair-wrap feature saved time clearing brush rolls.

Bose QuietComfort Earbuds are also discounted. TechRadar said the earbuds offer top-tier active noise cancellation without a massive price tag and were already arguably best-in-class value at full price in its 4.5-star review. It praised their comfort, sound quality and ANC, and noted that other colours are reduced at slightly higher prices.

For portable charging, the roundup includes a 10000mAh Inui charger. TechRadar described it as small and super-slim enough to carry in a pocket or bag, with enough power to charge some recent phones and tablets above 50%. It has two USB-C ports and one USB-A port for charging multiple devices at once, plus a detachable USB-C cable.

The roundup also points to a Microsoft Surface Laptop offer at Currys. TechRadar listed a 13.8-inch model with a Snapdragon X Plus processor, 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, saying the high-end configuration should deliver speedy performance and battery life of up to 20 hours. It called the 512GB storage a little disappointing and said 1TB would have been preferable.

TechRadar said it would continue covering Black Friday sales in the coming weeks. The publication's selection is based on its assessment of the offers, and it described the Amazon UK weekend sale as smaller than the Prime Big Deal Days promotion but still containing savings.
