The Terminal List Season 2 to Launch All Eight Episodes on Prime Video Oct. 21

Chris Pratt's The Terminal List returns for season 2 on Prime Video Oct. 21, with all eight episodes, TechRadar reports.

In the new season, Reece is recruited by the US government after an al-Qaeda attack, TechRadar reports. He is still struggling with the brain tumor from the first season, but his old friend Freddy Strain pulls him out of his slump and back into action. As Reece returns to operations, he finds a large conspiracy beneath the surface that links to his own family history.

The story is loosely based on Jack Carr's second novel, True Believer, according to the guide. The new episodes shift focus slightly, with Reece leaving personal revenge behind and seeking redemption.

The cast includes Chris Pratt as James Reece, Constance Wu as Katie Buranek, Taylor Kitsch as Ben Edwards, Riley Keough as Lauren Reece, Jeanne Tripplehorn as Lorraine Hartley, Gabriel Luna as Freddy Strain, Jai Courtney as Steven Horn, LaMonica Garrett as Commander Fox, Luke Hemsworth as Jules Landry and Patrick Schwarzenegger as Donny Mitchell. TechRadar lists additional cast members including Dar Salim, Arlo Mertz, Tom Hopper, Alexis Louder, JD Pardo, Sean Gunn, Christina Vidal, Nick Chinlund, Matthew Rauch and Warren Kole.

In the US, Prime Video will carry the season from Oct. 21, the guide says. In Canada, all eight episodes will arrive at launch on the same date, and the guide lists a subscription at CA$9.99 or CA$99 per year after the free trial. It says Australia will get the full season on Amazon Prime Video on Oct. 21, and the UK will have it on Prime the same day. Prime Video is available in more than 200 countries, including the US, Canada and Australia, according to TechRadar.

The guide says viewers outside their home country may face geo-blocking when trying to access their usual Prime Video library and other domestic streams. It recommends a VPN such as NordVPN, which it says is 75% off and includes three extra months free, and says a VPN changes the user's IP address so on-demand content or live TV can be accessed as if the viewer were at home.
