TokenRhythm and Infinigence AI Sign Strategic Cooperation on High-Quality Token Supply and Applications

TokenRhythm and Infinigence AI signed a strategic cooperation agreement on Sept. 15, 2026, to combine Agentic Infra with multi-model services and intelligent routing for high-quality Token supply, scheduling and applications.

AI infrastructure service providers are an important part of TokenRhythm's business model. TokenRhythm connects model supply with business demand and uses intelligent routing and task execution to make model capabilities useful in specific scenarios. Infinigence AI works on efficiency and cost optimization between model algorithms and chip hardware, providing support for model training, inference, deployment and reinforcement learning. The companies aim to include applications, models and infrastructure in more complete customer solutions and shorten the process from technical validation to business use.

TokenRhythm said it formed a business loop within 90 days of its founding, covering product launch, user acquisition, multi-model calls and model capability optimization. Its engineering capability supports rapid product delivery; intelligent routing can organize models according to task needs; open-source products, APIs and enterprise scenarios form different customer entry points. Effective feedback generated during use can further improve routing and model capabilities.

This business system provides a basis for the cooperation. For Infinigence AI, application partners with existing products, user entry points and task demand are expected to bring continuous model calls and resource demand. For TokenRhythm, stable infrastructure supply can help it take on more tasks and support model iteration. Actual downstream demand and usage feedback can also inform upstream resource allocation and technology optimization.

The model supply chain is another support. TokenRhythm has first launched access to Qwen-3.8-Max and GLM-5.3-Flash, and cooperation with upstream vendors ensures model supply and call quality. On this basis, intelligent routing selects invocation methods according to task requirements, model capabilities and cost, allowing different models to play to their strengths in suitable tasks.

Under the agreement, Infinigence AI will use its Agentic Infra products and service system to provide underlying support for TokenRhythm's expanding Agent business and help TokenRhythm complete a closed loop from infrastructure to enterprise-level Agent applications. The two sides will carry out joint validation for key industries and typical scenarios according to business development, explore enabling Agent capability access and application extension through enterprise collaboration platforms, and jointly build an enterprise-level Agent delivery system.

The companies previously cooperated in the research and development of NeoHorse-1. Infinigence AI provided underlying infrastructure support and Infra optimization technology, supported large-scale inference tasks with inference optimization technology, and improved training efficiency and stability with an elastic training system. This time, they plan to extend cooperation to enterprise solution design, pilot validation, customer expansion and project delivery, covering scenarios such as code development, enterprise collaboration and private deployment.

Next, the two sides will jointly advance solutions and delivery around specific customer needs, so that upstream infrastructure more directly serves application demand and downstream products receive continuous technical support. Through this division of labor, they hope to reduce the work customers must do to coordinate multiple parties, shorten the cycle from technical validation to business use, create more efficient coordination among models, infrastructure and Agent applications, and jointly develop a broader Agent service market.
