Traffic Management 12123 Alipay Mini Program Adds Electronic Driver's License, Rental Violation Handling, Inspection Booking
The Traffic Management 12123 Alipay mini program launched electronic driver's license, rental vehicle violation handling and inspection booking on Sept. 28, expanding online traffic services, Leiphone reported.
With the electronic driver's license, users can use it during roadside checks or when handling certain traffic management services. After entering the mini program, users click "Electronic Credentials" and the system automatically checks their status. Users who have already applied can display the license directly, while those who have not are guided online to apply before using it.
For rental car users, the mini program adds rental vehicle violation processing. Traffic violations that occur during the rental period and have been processed by the rental company's back end can be queried and handled online through the mini program. The service is intended to make handling violations from rentals in different cities more convenient.
Vehicle owners can also book motor vehicle inspections online through the mini program, reducing waiting time at inspection sites.
In addition to the three new services, the "Traffic Management 12123" Alipay mini program provides vehicle and driver's license information queries, traffic violation processing, study law to reduce points, driver's license replacement and renewal, and exam appointments. For specific services, users log in and follow the page prompts to complete the process.
The launch expands the service range of the "Traffic Management 12123" Alipay mini program and provides another online channel for daily travel and vehicle-related business. Leiphone reported that the mini program has more than 10 million monthly active users and has launched more than 20 nationwide traffic management services. The platform plans to continue improving its "dialogue handling" intelligent service, simplify procedures and make more traffic management services available online.
