Trump AI Task Force to Commission Report on Technology Risks
President Donald Trump’s AI task force agreed at its first meeting to address cybersecurity, biosecurity and model control risks, and will commission a report on those and other concerns.
The panel is known as the Super Intelligence Force, using Trump’s preferred term for artificial intelligence. It will commission a report from the President’s Council of Advisers on Science and Technology to evaluate those and other concerns, according to a White House account of the meeting.
The White House account, cited by Bloomberg, described the agreement to focus on the three risk areas. The report is to be produced by the President’s Council of Advisers on Science and Technology, which will assess the listed concerns and additional ones.
