Zhejiang Humanoid Robotics Showcases NAVIAI Multi-Scenario Deployments at 2026 World Robot Conference

Zhejiang Humanoid Robotics unveiled its NAVIAI robot lineup at the 2026 World Robot Conference, demonstrating cross-scenario applications from industrial clusters to home cooking.

The exhibition emphasized the SPIRE technical system, which integrates world models and embodied models. The world model builds environmental awareness and predicts state changes, while the embodied model adapts dynamically to output precise actions. This synergy allows robots to move from understanding semantics to executing correct movements, enabling applications across industrial, commercial, home, and data collection scenarios.

In the industrial scenario, Zhejiang Humanoid advanced beyond single-machine demonstrations. Three NAVIAI wheel-arm robots coordinated to showcase task-level full-chain cluster operations, handling disassembly, sorting, handling, and assembly with 0.03-millimeter precision. This approach, replicated from practices in automotive production lines and overseas factories, demonstrates a shift from single-function robots to flexible cluster-based production lines.

The commercial scenario featured a “one machine, one cabin” flexible operating unit. At the Naiweidao retail cabin, NAVIAI completed a beverage order in 40 seconds and achieved over 98% recognition accuracy in identifying, grabbing, and delivering various products such as drinks and figurines. The precise dexterity and interactive friendliness won praise from visitors, and the company’s limited-edition NAVIAI i3 collectible figurines sold out quickly, validating the viability of general-purpose intelligent robots in offline retail for customer attraction and sales.

In the home scenario, the “novice chef” robot named Xiao i demonstrated a fully automated cooking process, from fetching eggs and preparing ingredients to stir-frying and cleaning the countertop, relying on the same brain-body system honed in industrial settings. This general-purpose platform can be iteratively expanded through toolchains, offering a repeatable path for embodied intelligence to enter daily households.

At the data collection area, an operator wearing Haocun Technology data gloves remotely controlled a dexterous hand, precisely replicating fingertip force and posture to grasp and pack small items. Each operation generated multimodal data incorporating visual, force, and tactile feedback, which directly feeds back into the intelligent system’s iteration, forming a positive loop of “operation as data collection, data collection as evolution.”

The NAVIAI i3 bipedal humanoid and NAVIAI WA2 wheel-arm humanoid performed a Qixi (Chinese Valentine’s Day) wedding skit and high-dynamic action sequences together. These diverse demonstrations reflect the company’s belief in a shared underlying intelligence and hardware system that can support both precise industrial tasks and expressive, human-centric interactions.

Zhejiang Humanoid stated that the true vitality of embodied intelligence comes not from transient spotlight moments but from long-term deployment across industries. The company plans to continue refining its full-stack collaborative technology base, allowing technology to evolve through real interactions and mature, reusable outcomes to integrate deeply into production and daily life. At 14:00 on August 21, Zhejiang Humanoid’s chief scientist Xiong Rong, a Qiushi distinguished professor at Zhejiang University, will give a keynote speech at the main forum on practical insights into large-scale embodied intelligence deployment.
