Zhongkong Technology Connects to Qianwen Office to Build AI Native Benchmark in Process Industry
Zhongkong Technology announced on Oct. 16 that it has integrated Qianwen Office, deploying agents across its marketing chain and planning deeper use in procurement, supply chain, finance, HR and R&D as it seeks to become an AI Native benchmark in the process industry.
The signing ceremony was witnessed by Zhongkong Technology Vice President Shi Xiaolei, Alibaba Cloud Intelligence Group Vice President Zhang Jing and Qianwen Office Vice President Zhu Hong.
Zhongkong Technology was founded in 1999. It describes itself as an industrial AI platform company based on industrial data, with AI large models at the core and all-scenario agents as its reach. Through a technology plus scenarios plus ecosystem layout, it seeks to move the process industry from single-point intelligence to full-chain intelligence. Its business covers more than 50 countries and regions and serves more than 40,000 customers at home and abroad.
In marketing, Zhongkong Technology and Qianwen Office are jointly building an AI marketing project covering the full chain from collecting market leads to payment settlement. In frontline sales, sales staff have long faced a high-load routine of visiting customers during the day and writing materials at night; a solution often takes more than five days from on-site research to final output. With Qianwen Office covering market insight and combining Zhongkong Technology's expert industry experience and knowledge, the report said, solution output time can be shortened to one day, an efficiency improvement of about five times. Sales staff can spend more time on customer needs and key decisions, moving from information collectors to value operators.
In the future, Zhongkong Technology will also deeply integrate Qianwen Office into procurement, supply chain, finance, human resources, R&D and compliance scenarios. Based on Qianwen Office's skill capabilities, it plans to turn years of experience into an AI marketing skill library, making it a digital asset that can be reused in the process industry and promoting high-quality development of China's smart manufacturing.
Qianwen Office is Alibaba's enterprise-level general Agent product, according to Leiphone.com. In only one month since launch, its user number has exceeded 30 million, making it one of the fastest-growing products in the AI office sector. Enterprise users account for more than half of its users. Head enterprises including Changan Automobile, FAW Toyota, Yihai Kerry, ZTO Cloud Warehouse, China Digital Link, Zeda Law Firm, Huifu Payment and Transfar Group have connected to Qianwen Office.
