Galaxy S26 Ultra 512GB Drops to $1,199.99 on Amazon, $400 Below List Price

Amazon is selling the 512GB Galaxy S26 Ultra for $1,199.99, $400 off its $1,599.99 list price, Android Authority reported on October 26, 2026.

The reduction applies to the 512GB model rather than the base version or the 1TB model, giving buyers more room for photos, videos, apps and games without moving up to the top storage tier. Amazon shoppers have rated the phone 4.6 out of 5, according to the report.

The handset carries a 6.9-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 1-120Hz refresh range and runs on Samsung's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy chipset with 12GB of RAM. The camera array combines a 200MP main sensor, a 50MP ultrawide, a 50MP 5x telephoto, a 10MP 3x telephoto and a 12MP front camera.

Samsung pairs the phone with a 5,000mAh battery. The model is described as thinner and lighter than before while keeping the Ultra design and S Pen-focused features, and it runs Android 16 with One UI 8.5. Samsung has placed emphasis on Galaxy AI and Gemini-based tools for search, help and multitasking.

Android Authority framed the discount as making the 512GB model easier to justify for buyers shopping for a high-end Android phone with ample storage, a large display and a heavy camera setup. The report did not include a statement from Samsung or Amazon on the pricing.
